- Unlock and Re-Lock Everything
At the Main Menu, press Select, Up, L2, R1, L1, R2. You’ll hear a weird voice say “Hooray.” Now all bosses in Arcade Mode are available, and Cerebro Mode is 100% Unlocked. To reset everything to zero items unlocked, return to the Main Menu and press Select + Start.
