Secrets
Spice World has some…odd unlockables. Note that the codes visually stack. If you unlock one message, and then try the next message without repeating the first message’s code to remove it, they’ll be overlaid on each other.
- Giant Spice Girls
At the menu screen after you choose your Spice Girl: Hold Start and press Circle, Square, Circle, Square. The code will appear and they’ll grow in size right there. Repeat to undo the code.
- Alternate Title Screen
At the menu screen after you choose your spice girl, hold Start and press Circle, Triangle, Triangle, Circle. The crowd will cheer and the code should appear on screen. Press L1 + L2 + R1 + R2 + Select + Start to reset the game. Once the system cycles, you’ll be introduced to the Spice Girls sitting naked on backward chairs (nothing is shown). This is about their performance of the song “Naked”.
- Handbag Pile Mode
At the menu screen after you choose your spice girl, hold Start and press Square, Triangle, Circle, Triangle. The code should appear. Enter the television studio and you’ll witness the Spice Girls around a group of purses. New moves will also be available in dance practice.
- Programmer Secret Messages
Hold Start and press Circle, Triangle, Triangle, Circle on the menu screen after you choose your spice girl. The code will be displayed to confirm the correct entry. Then, do the following.
- Hold Start + Select and press Circle, Circle, Circle, Circle, for the first message
“hi to nickie, lewis & danni. greets to mike & helen, howie justin & corbey, all at teque & the lads at the handyman.”
- Hold Start + Select and press Triangle, Triangle, Triangle, Triangle, for the second message.
“for wavy, the covert fan of baby & sporty. your secret’s out.”
- Hold Start + Select and press Square, Square, Square, Square for the final message.
“ann, clive, sarah, nash, chris, bob, aid, phil, tino, & nick – hi to all the ‘q27 kickers’: jp, brian, shaun, casebow – keggy, lozza, mark and ian and the wx6 b team”
