Box Copy:
This morning, you approved a new solar power plant, designed an underground transportation system, and jumped five points in the polls. Then you raised taxes (and lost 10 points), built a zoo and pushed your education bill through the city council. It’s time for lunch – unless, of course, there’s a fire, earthquake or alien invasion…

Variants
Also released with a 1-Ring Hub.
Released as a Greatest Hits, but with two curious modifications. Electronic Arts added their credentials to the packaging, but also removed this bullet point along with its screenshot:
- Once you’ve built a city, you can kick back and take a first-person 3-D cruise through it-a special feature only on the PlayStation game console.”
The second oddity is that it appears to be confirmed that EA or Sony sent some copies out in a standard 3-CD black double jewel case. Where both outer trays are black with spindles and the one inner area has a spindle. There is no inner artwork on the inserts. This vibes with some other shortcuts EA took; Nuclear Strike’s Greatest Hits has no inner artwork either.
