The jewel case version of Loaded is missing the Memory Icon, despite the Long Box Releases having it.
The game is rated Mature, yet there are no ESRB descriptors as to why. Granted, it’s the bloodshed, but usually there’s at least “Violence” listed on the back.
Apparently Loaded’s success was fairly guaranteed – the first long box variant already had an ad for the release of Re-Loaded, the game’s sequel.
