Variants
For a free promotional demo, I shouldn’t be surprised how many versions of this disc exist. Let’s get to it!
First the “No ring” hub version up top, which doesn’t have the black outline along the outer ring of the disc hub.
Next, the thin ring version is below.
Thin Ring Hub Variant.
After that, we have the thick ring hub variant. This one can look closely like the thin ring version above, but its “tell” is a “P” number on the innermost of the hub’s top.

We also have the employee version of the disc. I’m not sure if this had the same sleeve as the retail version, but it is for sure the same disc, color and label text aside.

There’s also the Canadian Release, which raises a funny question. The Canadian sleeve is made of two halves and as far as I can tell, didn’t have a proper seal. There is no disc number designation on the sleeve or sweepstakes ad. I wonder if Sony printed too many discs for the US market and released this one to Canadian Pizza Hut franchises as a promotional freebie. You would only know there had been a contest by reading the fine print in the game’s opening FMV.
