A little chilly outside but that doesn’t mean nothing because its nice and warm in here! The PlayStation spins up for new releases today, with some darn fine titles in the process.
Right out of the gate is our featured game Gold and Glory: The Road to El Dorado. It’s a point-and-click adventure based on the animated movie of the same name. The movie isn’t doing so well, so it’ll be interesting to see how this holds up.
Next up is Darkstone, an overhead role playing game from Take Two Interactive’s budget series. It looks promising, and for $9.99, why not give it a shot?
Taito’s amazing spaceship shooter “Ray” series comes to a quiet end with RayCrisis. A fantastic game with brilliant effects and graphics. Another Working Designs release.
Finally, Acclaim brings over the surprise of the month with the imported RC de Go! An remote control car game like the NES’ RC Pro Am, RC de Go! is part of a larger collection of games in Japan. The main series is Densha de Go!, a train simulator so popular they even made the giant train handle controller for it.
That’s it for the month, tomorrow’s December. See you then!
