Variants
After the initial Day One release of Resident Evil 3 with Dino Crisis‘ demo, Capcom re-released it without the demo. Despite creating a new SLUS and a new UPC barcode, Capcom left the actual disc the same SLUS. So if you’re assembling a loose copy, it’s the same disc between the two. Curiously, the disc’s PSRM ends in 1 for both….when it should have been 0…for at least one of them.
Canada got a nifty variant with a Phone card. It’s the plain version shown above but with the Tip Card. It’s not clear if the card had a backing piece or not.
The phone card front and back.
Also released to the good old Greatest Hits line-up. Same UPC as the single release. Also removes the Capcom Edge. PSRM ends in 2.
