Variants

While there are no known variants, it should be pointed out that the Rayman demo may be the most abused item in the demo line-up. When Ubi Soft sent it to retail, it wasn’t shrink-wrapped. It was sealed with a clear seal sticker at the top. Since a $6 demo would get you $5 back when you bought the game, the demo sleeve had to be priced. So right from the start, there were two very adhesive stickers on the sleeve.

This is why you always see the sleeve fairly destroyed. If people did not cut through the clear seal or gently try to remove the price tag, it just tore the printing right off the sleeve. The irony? The only time I saw a perfect sleeve was chopped up to fit inside a jewel case.
