Variants
Ah, a tale as old as time; the messed-up barcode variant sets. If you peek at the black label shown above, you’ll see the barcode’s design is wrong. That’s usually reserved for the shipping cartons. Bandai caught this and reprinted the game with the correct style.
When it was released as a Greatest Hits, the graphic designer was either different or the same one forgot about the barcode fix. It restores the mistake. It also correctly adds GH to the SLUS and the PSRM now ends in 1.
Someone must have caught it again and it was corrected on the next print run.
