August 19, 1999 New Releases: Madden & Sled Storm
Electronic Arts lets loose a two-fer today, with snowmobile enthusiasts getting Sled Storm, a 4-Player racing game and Madden NFL 2000.
Aug. 17th New Releases: Lammy, Blitz, and a Soul Reaver
Legacy of Kain: Soul Reaver, NFL Blitz 2000, and UmJammer Lammy are all available in stores today. Choose your genre, grab some snacks, and game away!
Aug. 12 New Release: Chocobo Racing
The PlayStation gets another challenger to the Mario Kart crown with Chocobo Racing. Various Final Fantasy mascots and characters hit the raceway.
Aug. 11 New Releases: GameDay and GameBreaker 2000
The PlayStation Living History Project continues with two of Sony’s own football games; NCAA GameBreaker 2000 and NFL GameDay 2000.
Aug. 10th New Releases: WWF Attitude and R-Type Delta
Today’s two new releases are WWF Attitude and R-Type Delta. Sure they’re on complete opposite ends of the spectrum, but variety is the spice of life!
Aug. 4th New Release: Croc 2
As 1999 continues to roll along, today’s single game release is that of Croc 2. For those that don’t know, Croc actually started life as a Yoshi game, and was re-purposed into Croc when Nintendo balked at the idea.
July 20, 99 New Release: NFL Xtreme 2
NFL Xtreme 2 arrives from Sony and 989 Studios’ summer camp for arcade fans new and old. Taunts, hyper fast game play, and more.
July 1st New Release: Monaco Grand Prix
Only one of two games comes out this month, and the first release is right on day 1. Monaco Grand Prix gives PlayStation fans the chance to use real world physics in the F1 racing circuit.
June 30 New Release: Driver
One final new release for the PlayStation today, Driver. It’s a really hard underground-garage parking simulator. I haven’t been able to finish it.
