Happy birthday to…me! 20 years ago to the day I was…23, my god…and Street Fighter EX 2 Plus hit video game stores everywhere. While the series couldn’t seem to keep up graphically with the likes of Namco’s Soul Blade and Tekken series, it definitely still had it in the combat department. This would be the last 3-D Street Fighter game on the system until EX3 on the PlayStation 2.
