New Releases: A Spider and a Crow

As we head into the tail end of February, a whole lot of wackiness is in the pipe works for the PlayStation. First out of the mail box is Acclaim’s licensed action game based off of The Crow movie sequel. First and foremost, that sequel is an abomination to everything the original and source material was. It also doesn’t help it looks insanely bad in the trailers. Hopefully they won’t do any more after it.

The game, Crow: City of Angels is so amazingly bad that Alone in the Dark: One Eyed Jack’s Revenge now has a rival for worst PlayStation game released. Check out the page link for our full review.

Jewel Case Release

The other game is Spider: The Video Game from Boss Studios. You’re a cybernetic spider out to stop injustices in your own lab. I got to sample the game a while ago; it’s got promise, but I can’t offer a full review until I sit down and play it. Fun concept though.

Jewel Case Release – Includes Poster and Seal Sticker on case.

In two days, some game called Soul…uh…Soul Blade, I think – comes out. We’ll see what that silly thing is all about.  See you then!

This Anniversary News Update celebrates the Game’s original release date 20 years later. This is part of a series treating the PlayStation as if it launched September 9th, 2015.
