Trivia

  • The game’s real name is Ace Combat, but due to a legal dispute at the time, it had to be renamed “Air Combat”. The dispute was pushed aside for all future sequels.
  • Still one of the longest running series to launch on the PlayStation along side games like Twisted Metal; meaning there are games for Ace Combat on the PS1, 2, 3, and 4.
  • There is a hidden mini-game available on the disc via code.
