May 18 New Releases: Trust Issues

Man, has anyone else been reading up on the whole United States vs Microsoft Anti-Trust case? Kind of interesting and scary depending on what side of the conversation you’re on. I guess it’s a good thing they aren’t in the gaming console business.

Today’s releases also involve trust – trust in your allies and your teammates. First up to bat, quite literally is Interplay’s VR Baseball 99. A cheeky release obviously looking to steal some thunder from EA Sports, the disc features some interesting options like the Smart Cam. I’m totally digging the peanuts artwork.

If running bases isn’t your gig, how about running wars? Hasbro’s video game version of Risk is a bit different from the board game version, using cards to decided movements and the like.
