PlayStation Greatest Hit games are reprints of extremely successful titles that sold a set amount of copies in a specific amount of time. Despite many consumers aesthetic distaste for them due to their usually bright colored banners (in this case, green), these games paint a fairly interesting portrait of what was popular for the system based on consumer demand.

It is important to note; the Greatest Hits line-up was completely voluntary. Even if the publisher had met the requirements, converting their artwork and discs to the new design style was not mandatory. Like their Black Label original releases, many Greatest Hits games were met with more variant releases (like the Collector’s Edition Box Sets) or changes due to company buy-outs, like Square’s merger with Enix. Some games were even given bug fixes or in smaller degrees, all new content.

This is a list of all known Greatest Hits releases for the PlayStation. Every game listed is confirmed and in Game-Rave’s possession.
